Best restaurants with Italian chef in Japan, Tokyo

Tokyo is filled with excellent Italian restaurants, some Japanese chef studied in Italy and perfectioned the art of Italian cuisine to an extremely high level. In this article however we will feature those eateries with Italian chef or owner. If you want to exchange few words they might be willing to chat and if you want to learn they story and how they ended up in Japan you might learn interesting stories.

Here is a partial list divided in Pizza restaurants, cafe and bars where you can also get a bite, fine dining and restaurants/osteria.
